SMALL CHANGES CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE

I’m of the view that the correct path to growing a sustainable, profitable business is one of small changes – always for the better. Small changes that strategically move you closer to your goal – your ideal business.

Since becoming an Accountant in 2007 and a Director here at HC Partners in 2016 I’ve worked on the principle that no challenge is too big providing you get a real sense of where you are and where you want to go and take all the necessary small steps to ‘close the gap.’

I enjoy the challenges my clients bring me and from what they tell me I seem to have an ability to communicate with them on their level with the right mix of empathy and patience to educate and simplify things for them.

I like to lead by example and focus my efforts on helping clients achieve their goals and removing their stress – as much as I can.

My time away from being an accountant is spent with my wife and two daughters enjoying the beautiful central coast and if I’m lucky and get done what needs to be done – I get to watch the NRL and maybe play the odd game of golf.
